Project Planning

P.Planning is part of the Project Management which relates to the use of schedules in the form of Gantt charts to plan the activities necessary to complete the work. The tasks necessary to complete the Project are usually listed and grouped in the Work Breakdown Structure and the logical relationship placed inside the schedule enables identification of Critical Paths.

The Project Planning Method allow Project Management to achieve the appropriate balance between resource usage and project duration to comply with project objectives.

The Output of the Project Planning includes the Project Requirements, the Project Schedule and the Project Management Plan
